4 yearly review of modern awards – education group – substantive claims – Higher Education Industry—Academic Staff—Award 2010 – correction to determination.
A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 6 April 2018 [PR601497] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the words “Items 1 to 6” in the B clause and inserting “Items 1 to 8”.
2. By deleting the words “Items 7 to 10” in the C clause and inserting “Items 9 to 10”.
B. This determination comes into operation from 6 April 2018. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 these items do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 6 April 2018.
