Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$13.38” appearing in clause 26.4(b)(i) and inserting “$13.79”.

2. By deleting the amount “$13.38” appearing in clause 26.4(c) and inserting “$13.79”.

3. By deleting the amounts “$1.73” and “$8.49” appearing in clause 26.5(a) and inserting “$1.82” and “$8.92” respectively.

4. By deleting the amount “$8.21” appearing in clause 37.7 and inserting “$8.34”.

5. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
