Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$18.99” appearing in clause 19.3(b)(i) and inserting “$19.38”.

2. By deleting the amount “$17.01” appearing in clause 19.3(c) and inserting “$17.36”.

3. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 19.7 and inserting “$0.80”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance—overtime which exceeds 1.5 hours’ overtime	19.3(b)(i)	19.38	per occasion
Meal allowance—overtime which exceeds 4 hours	19.3(c)	17.36	per occasion
Special clothing allowance—full-time employee	19.5(b)(i)	6.25	per week
Special clothing allowance—part-time or casual employee	19.5(b)(ii)	1.25	per shift
Motor vehicle allowance	19.7	0.80	per km

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2020.
