Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “June 2019” in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “January 2021”.

2. By deleting the amounts “$131.05” and “$5.46” appearing in clause A.1.7(d) and inserting “$136.45” and “$5.69” respectively.

3. By deleting the amount “$90.77” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$93.24”.

4. By deleting the amount “$131.13” appearing in clause B.1.6(a)(iv) and inserting “$134.69”.

5. By deleting the amount “$21.51” appearing in clause B.1.7 and inserting “$22.09”.

6. By deleting the amounts “21.98”, “25.34” and “57.21” appearing in clause B.1.9 and inserting “22.66”, “26.12” and “58.97” respectively.

7. By deleting the amount “$2093.00” appearing in clause B.1.11(a) and inserting “$2170”.

8. By deleting the amount “$1850.00” appearing in clause B.1.11(d) and inserting “$1918”.

9. By deleting the amount “$148,111” appearing in clause B.1.13(a) and inserting “$153,559”.

10. By deleting the amount “$370.01” appearing in clause B.1.13(c) and inserting “$383.62”.

11. By deleting the amount “$9.45” appearing in clause B.2.7(d) and inserting “$9.74”.

12. By deleting the amount “$1.86” appearing in clause C.1.7 and inserting “$1.91”.

13. By deleting the table appearing in clause E.2.1 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
