Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$14.70” appearing in clause 20.3(b) and inserting “$15.01”.

2. By deleting the table appearing in clause C.3.1 and inserting the following:

Allowance	Clause	$	Payable
Clothing—meat processing establishments, weekly allowance	20.3(a)(i)	3.60	per week
Clothing—meat processing establishments, daily allowance	20.3(a)(i)	0.72	per day
Meal allowance—overtime of one and a half hours or more	20.3(b)	15.01	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
