Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$349.98” appearing in clause 17.3(f)(ii) and inserting “$359.49”.

2. By deleting the amount “$50.06” appearing in clause 17.3(f)(iii) and inserting “$51.42”.

3. By deleting the amount “$2493.00” appearing in clause 17.3(g)(i) and inserting “$2561”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Loss of personal effects allowance—maximum—an amount of up to	17.3(g)(i)	2561	per occasion

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 February 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 February 2021.
