Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$18.13” appearing in clause 35.1 and inserting “$18.52”.

2. By deleting the amount “$18.13” appearing in clause 35.2 and inserting “$18.52”.

3. By deleting the amount “$18.13” appearing in clause 35.3(a) and inserting “$18.52”.

4. By deleting the amount “$18.13” appearing in clause 35.3(b) and inserting “$18.52”.

5. By deleting the amount “$18.13” appearing in clause 35.3(e) and inserting “$18.52”.

6. By deleting the amounts “$9.74”, “$10.87” and “$16.70” appearing in clause 68.9 and inserting “$9.95”, “$11.10” and “$17.06” respectively.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
