4 yearly review of modern awards – residual amendment – reference to the Miscellaneous Award 2010.
A. Further to the decision ([2020] FWCFB 3074) issued by the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission on 12 June 2020, the awards listed in Appendix A are varied as follows:
1. By deleting the words ‘Miscellaneous Award 2010’ wherever they appear in the clauses listed in Appendix A and inserting ‘Miscellaneous Award 2020’.
2. By updating the table of contents and cross-references accordingly.
B. This determination comes into operation on 18 June 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 18 June 2020.
