Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 20.3(a)(v) and inserting the following:

8. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause D.4.2(d)(i) and inserting “$0.85”.
9. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause D.4.2(d)(iii) and inserting “$0.85”.
10. By deleting the amounts “28.91”, “32.40” and “55.69” appearing in clause D.5.6(b)(ii) and inserting “29.25”, “32.78” and “56.34” respectively.
11. By deleting the amount “$22.07” appearing in clause D.5.6(c) and inserting “$22.33”.
12. By deleting the amount “$22.07” appearing in clause D.5.6(d) and inserting “$22.33”.
13. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause D.6.4(d)(i) and inserting “$0.85”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2021.
