Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$19.27” appearing in clause 17.3(b)(i) and inserting “$19.56”.

2. By deleting the amount “$17.47” appearing in clause 17.3(b)(ii) and inserting “$17.73”.

3. By deleting the amount “$0.78” appearing in clause 17.3(c) and inserting “$0.80”.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2.1 and inserting the following:

Meal allowance—overtime of more than one hour without 24 hours’ notice	17.3(b)(i)	19.56	per occasion
Meal allowance—overtime exceeding 4 hours	17.3(b)(ii)	17.73	per occasion
Vehicle allowance	17.3(c)	0.80	per km

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
