Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amounts “$845.65” and “$1677” appearing in clause 16.1 and inserting “$882.57” and “$1750” respectively.

2. By deleting the amount “$163.64” appearing in clause 16.9(a)(i) and inserting “$168.73”.

3. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.9(a)(ii) and inserting the following:

Breakfast	Up to $17.83
Lunch	Up to $17.83
Dinner	Up to $37.01
Bed	Up to $89.67
Incidentals	Up to $6.39

4. By deleting the amount “$99.19” appearing in clause 16.9(b) and inserting “$103.52”.

5. By deleting the amounts “$11.56” and “$16.90” appearing in clause 16.9(c) and inserting “$11.73” and “$17.15” respectively.

6. By deleting the amount “$256.39” appearing in clause 16.9(d)(i) and inserting “$265.04”.

7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.9(d)(ii) and inserting the following:

Breakfast	Up to $23.46
Lunch	Up to $23.46
Dinner	Up to $43.44
Bed	Up to $163.20
Incidentals	Up to $11.48

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2021.
