Variation of modern award to correct error – Broadcasting, Recorded Entertainment and Cinemas Award 2020 – minimum rates for employees in cinemas –clause 13.4 varied.
A. Further to the decision [[2021] FWC 3056] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 31 May 2021, the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the table appearing in clause 13.4 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 31 May 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009, this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 31 May 2021.
