Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$16.33” appearing in clause 18.3(a)(i) and inserting “$16.71”.

2. By deleting the amount “$0.80” appearing in clause 18.3(b) and inserting “$0.91”.

3. By deleting the amounts “$16.33”, “$578.39” and “$81.39” appearing in clause 18.3(d)(vi) and inserting “$16.71”, “$604.87” and “$85.12” respectively.

4. By deleting the table appearing in clause B.2 and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 July 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 July 2022.
