Introduction
Aged Care Award 2010 (AM2020/99)
An application has been made to vary the Aged Care Award 2010 in relation to:
- Clause 14.1 Minimum wages – Aged Care Employee, and
- Schedule B – Classification definitions.
The application was made by the Health Services Union, and Health Services Union members Virginia Ellis, Mark Castieau, Sanu Ghimire and Paul Jones.
Aged Care Award 2010 and Nurses Award 2020 (AM2021/63)
An application to vary these clauses in the Aged Care Award 2010 and insert a new Schedule F in the Nurses Award 2020 has also been lodged by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation.
Please note: AM2021/63 is now being dealt with as part of the Work value case - Nurses and midwives (AM2024/11).
Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (AM2021/65)
An application has been made to vary the minimum wage rates in the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 has been lodged by the Health Services Union.
