Apple Retail Enterprise Agreement 2014 – application to terminate

Mr Gusset, represented by the Retail and Fast Food Workers Union, applied to terminate the Apple Retail Enterprise Agreement 2014.

Mr Justin Gusset, represented by the Retail and Fast Food Workers Union, filed an application (AG2022/5615) in the Fair Work Commission on 23 December 2022 to terminate the Apple Retail Enterprise Agreement 2014 (AG2014/5899).

The application was made under section 225 of the Fair Work Act 2009.

If the application to terminate the Agreement had been granted, the Agreement would cease to apply and the wages and conditions of the employees covered by the Agreement would likely be governed by the General Retail Industry Award 2020.
