As part of the 4 yearly review of modern awards, the Commission is assessing the National Training Wage Schedule to determine whether it meets the modern awards objective. Documents relating to this review including outstanding issues related to award specific schedules are available here.
The modern awards objective can be found in section 134 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
Decisions [2017] FWCFB 3176 and [2017] FWCFB 4174 deal with the insertion of the reference term and the finalisation of the terms of the plain language NTW Schedule.
