National minimum wage order
Published below is the National Minimum Wage Order 2023 taking into account the Expert Panel's decision of 2 June 2023.
The order comes into operation on 1 July 2023:
Draft national minimum wage order
On 2 June 2023, the Expert Panel issued its Annual Wage Review 2022–23 decision [2023] FWCFB 3500, which details the rates to be set in the national minimum wage order to take effect on 1 July 2023.
The Fair Work Act 2009 requires that the Expert Panel publish the national minimum wage order before 1 July 2023.
Below is the draft national minimum wage order that was released after the Expert Panel’s decision of 2 June 2023.
Any enquiries or suggested amendments regarding the draft order should be emailed to [email protected] by no later than 5pm (AEST) on Friday, 16 June 2023.
The final order, incorporating any additional changes, will be published on this webpage prior to 1 July 2023.
