Introduction
The Health Services Union (HSU) and the Australian Education Union (AEU) have applied for a supported bargaining authorisation.
Content
On 9 November 2023, the HSU and AEU filed a joint application to make a supported bargaining authorisation (B2023/1235).
The application was made under section 243(1) of the Fair Work Act 2009.
The proposed agreement is to cover 19 employers and their employees performing disability support work in Victoria contained in Schedule 1 of the Application.
