Most hearings are open to the public. To attend an online hearing, you must ask the Member before 8:30 am on the day of the hearing. We will organise phone or video access (using Microsoft Teams) if this is appropriate.
The Member hearing the case is listed in the schedule. See Contact a Commission Member to find their email address.
Members of the public must keep their phone or microphone on ‘mute’ during the hearing.
Conferences are generally conducted in private.
We do not publish details of all cases on our website. When you arrive at the Commission, you will see them on the screens.
For applications to approve an enterprise agreement, we don't always hold a hearing. You can find applications we are considering at Agreements in progress.
