Our Listen and Learn program

The Listen and Learn program is a way for us to learn more about the day-to-day experiences of compliance officers working in registered organisations.  

Each quarter, our General Manager will visit a different registered organisation and meet with compliance officers to 'listen and learn' about their job and find out how we might make it easier.

We know that registered organisations vary widely in size and location, meaning that the experience for compliance officers can vary greatly between organisations. 

We want to visit and learn from a wide variety of registered organisations. We encourage all registered organisations to nominate for the program.  

Organisations can nominate by emailing [email protected]. 

Tell us: 

• the name of your registered organisation, including the organisation code 
• if you have a compliance officer who has agreed to participate 
• where the compliance officer is located and when they work.

If you are a compliance officer and you would like your organisation to participate, we encourage you to share this information with your manager.
