In this episode we speak with Professor Ian Gow, the director of the Melbourne Centre for Corporate Governance and Regulation in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne. Professor Gow reveals the key concepts of governance and exposes the harms that may arise in circumstances where registered organisations do not have sufficient oversight in place.
