The vast majority of organisations we work with want to comply with their legislative obligations and they take steps to do just that. However, mistakes and non-compliance do happen. In this episode we talk about the steps that registered organisations should take when they identify non-compliance and how organisations can work with the regulator to resolve these issues.
ROCpod was a monthly podcast created by the Registered Organisations Commission, which is now abolished. The obligations for registered organisations remain unchanged, with the functions transferred to the Fair Work Commission as the regulator from 6 March 2023. If you need further information please contact the Fair Work Commission on 1300 341 665 or email [email protected].
