Building, Joinery and Mobile Crane Awards variation (AM2020/28)

The Master Builders Australia, Housing Industry Association and Australian Industry Group have applied to change the Building and Construction General On-Site Award 2010, Joinery and Building Trades Award 2010 and Mobile Crane Hiring Award 2010, to increase flexibility during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A joint application has been made by Master Builders Australia, Housing Industry Association and Australian Industry Group to vary the Building and Construction General On-Site Award 2010, Joinery and Building Trades Award 2010 and Mobile Crane Hiring Award 2010 under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009 by inserting a new Schedule H – Award flexibility during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
