Introduction
We are considering three applications to vary the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 and the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020 to insert exemption rates for certain employees.

The applications have been made under section 158 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
Australian Business Industrial and NSW Business Chamber have made applications to vary the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 (AM2023/31) and the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020 (AM2024/31).
Australian Industry Group have also made an application to vary the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 (AM2024/32).
We have determined to join these three proceedings together, so that they will be heard at the same time.
