An application has been made under section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 by the United Workers' Union to vary clause 21.4 in the Oil Refining and Manufacturing Award 2020 to remove ambiguity or uncertainty arising from the merging of superannuation funds LUCRF Super with AustralianSuper.
