Commonwealth Procurement Rules require that the Fair Work Commission publish all contracts with a value of $10,000 (including GST) or more on the AusTender website.

The Senate Order on Departmental and Agency Contracts (as amended) requires the Commission to publish a list of contracts with a value of $100,000 (including GST) or more that have been entered into in the previous 12 months. The list includes contracts which have not been fully performed (contracts which are still current):

• 2024 calendar year: AusTender Senate Order page
• 2023–24 financial year: AusTender Archived Reports page 

During the 2024 calendar year the Commission has not entered into any other contracts which are subject to the Senate Order. The cost of complying with the Order is nil as there was no requirement to collect, analyse or compile information.

The accountable authority of Fair Work Commission has assured that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.
